CLF wants happy customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping costs. We must be notified of a return request within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned within 30-days of receipt in original condition, with all tags still attached.

If items are damaged in transit, CLF will issue a full refund once the customer has furnished photos of the damaged items and of the shipping box. Photos of the damaged items and box are necessary to file an insurance claim. Buyers may be required to fill out an insurance company affidavit before a refund is issued.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days from the initial shipment date, for your order to arrive.
